My name is Alexandra Rothschild, and my role as a trauma therapist is to help you find ways to create lasting change in your life so you can feel better, grounded, and more empowered.

I’ve been doing this work for two decades, and I always want to create a safe space for clients to feel comfortable opening up and sharing their lives. Together, we focus on forward motion, shifting symptoms, and providing support for healing and transformation to happen.
